ZS Associates - Associate Consultant - Decision Analytics - Medical Affair Domain (2-5 yrs)
Decision Analytics Associate Consultants coordinate the execution of project logistics for clients and project teams. Associate Consultant's leverage their analytic skills to derive insights and solve business problems across an array of sales and marketing engagements. In particular, Associate Consultant's apply problem-solving frameworks to client issues, support clients in change initiatives, and employ advanced analytic techniques to help guide client decisions.
Responsibilities
- Leverage problem solving skills and frameworks to develop solutions to client business problems
- Guide teams in collecting data, developing custom analysis tools, analyzing results and creating high- quality deliverables
- Design custom analyses using tools like Excel, Tableau, SAS, R, or ZS's proprietary software
- Candidate should have a prior work experience of >= 2 years
- Prior team management experience of at-least an year
- Pharma and Medical Affairs specific knowledge is an added advantage
- Candidate's interest and skill-sets should align (to some extent) with the type of work done in the Medical Affairs domain
