Roles & Responsibilities: - Advise the Business on the Annual Operating Plan, and assist in execution of the same - Business planning (business category and strategy) & Financial Planning & forecast on a regular basis. - Business planning & execution of set plans & variance analysis. - Analysis of cost & revenue & plan & prepare P&L forecast - Analyze and present monthly financial performance to the management - Identify risks and key performance indicators, raise alerts for the corrective action - Monitor and analyze KPIs on an ongoing basis, provide insight into the Business, and suggested ways to improve KPIs (gross margin, EBITDA, utilization etc) - Financial analytics- data analytics to strengthen the future decision making. - Using analytical skills to analyze data with a learning process for business forecasts. Prerequisites: - 8 to 12 Yrs of Proven experience in Business Finance and strategy - Candidate should be Qualified CA/CMA or MBA (Finance) - Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills - Should be from a Big4 accounting firm
