Zopper is currently in the business of "Life Care of Assets" and deals with Mobile/Appliances/Furniture/Lifestyle specific insurance/protection products. We work with multiple general insurance companies and co-create/co-design protection products. We are one of the largest players in this space.
In addition, we are a technology enabled digital insurance broker. We work with many insurance companies and co-create/design traditional/bite size insurance products in Life, Health and Motor domains. We are an "Insurtech" player.

Required Skillset :
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to maintain calm under pressure.
- Manage and train Customer Service Team.
- Set reasonable customer satisfaction goals and work with the team to meet them on a consistent basis.
- Delivering a comprehensive service to enquiring customers.
- Managing a large number of incoming calls and emails.
- Keeping a record of customer interaction and details of actions taken.
- Coordinating with internal teams to provide end to end solution on customer query.
