What does the OD team do : - As a member of our Organizational Development team, this would be an extraordinary opportunity for you to drive the success of the culture, processes and policies for a high-performance team. - We are a team that constantly collaborates with multiple stakeholders to work on projects that impact the employee lifecycle and day to day employee experience of ZoomRx. You will work closely with the Lead of Organizational Development and the Director of OD in devising strategies that push our organization toward its goals. What does your day look like as an OD Specialist at ZoomRx : - You will own the entire Performance Management cycle. Ensuring timely completion of key PM processes across teams and data sanity of PM data by working with team leadership throughout the cycle. You will also identify opportunities for improvement in the process and the in house PM tool, plan and implement the improvements in a structured manner. - Drive knowledge management for both the OD team and ZoomRx as an organization by creating, updating and improving the dissemination of process related documentation - Contribute to the compensation and benefits structure by benchmarking market data and collaborating with internal stakeholders to propose improvements to existing rewards - Contribute to the structured growth of ZoomRx by combining internal team needs and industry best practices to develop comprehensive job roles, levels and career paths - Ensure all people team activities are data-driven and define metrics to continuously track and improve operations Knowledge/Skills expected from an OD Specialist. - On a high level, the role of an OD Specialist would require the candidate to be creative, agile and broad minded in terms of communication, interpersonal skills and delivery of projects, depending on the nature of the task. Apart from this, we look for someone who has: - Enthusiasm and initiative to prioritize, kickoff and own tasks end to end as an individual contributor. Ability to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced work environment with changing priorities, Excellent communication skills to present ideas succinctly and build consensus across teams. Ability to collaborate with and achieve results across multiple teams and geographies, Analytically strong, data-driven and outcome oriented, Bachelor's Degree in Business-related field with 1~2 years in an organizational development or talent management role OR MBA or equivalent Masters degree with 0-1 years in an organizational development or talent management role.
