Role : As part of our People &amp; Organizational Development team, you will work closely with the SVP of Operations in conceptualizing and operationalizing processes, strategies, and interventions that push our organization toward its goals. Primary Responsibilities : &nbsp;Champion ZoomRx's Cultural tenets (Quality, Velocity, Experimentation, Respect, and Collaboration) : - Your responsibility is to ensure that all people team processes are aligned to the Cultural tenets, and develop initiatives that ensure all ZoomRxers are aware of, and actively strive towards cultural alignment. - Create Compensation and Benefits strategies that ensure ZoomRx is competitive in the market for talent : - You will be responsible for ensuring that ZoomRx's compensation mix is effective in attracting the right talent while retaining existing talent through periodic compensation bench-marking exercises and continuous monitoring on pay trends in both India and the USA. Own the Employee Engagement processes : - You will be expected to monitor engagement levels, conceptualize engagement activities, and proactively deploy interventions to ensure high engagement levels across the company. Manage the entire Performance Management process : Ensure that the usage of the performance management system is aligned with ZoomRx's values. You will be responsible for training managers and employees regarding appropriate use of performance management tools and techniques. Manage and improve the existing Rewards and Recognition initiative (ZoomR&amp;R) : - You will be responsible for building a culture of candor, transparency, and high performance. - Build a people team culture that is data-driven and define metrics to continuously track and improve people team operations. - Identify compliance requirements and set up procedures for both India and US offices. Knowledge/Skills Needed : - Excellent understanding of applied organizational psychology and behavior theory. - Enthusiasm and initiative to prioritize, kickoff and own tasks end to end as an individual contributor. - Ability to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced work environment with changing priorities. - Excellent communication skills to present ideas succinctly and build consensus across teams. - Analytically strong, data-driven and outcome oriented. Job Requirements : Education : MBA-HR (or) Masters in HR (or) Masters in Organizational Psychology. Experience : 3 years in an organizational development role.
