The ZoomRx Community team crafts strategic perspectives successfully and efficiently to deliver projects for senior management teams of blockbuster drugs by leveraging deep industry expertise, effective panel management, improving internal process efficiencies, and flawless project management. What does your day look like as a Project Manager? The Project Managers are responsible for successfully and efficiently delivering projects for the Community team. The PM is expected to deliver multiple projects simultaneously and is responsible for the following areas : i. Project Management within clearly defined time and cost constraints ii. Building efficient panels iii. Improving internal process efficiencies iv. People Management Project Management: The Project Managers are responsible for the following aspects of the project: i. Providing a detailed background and client context to the project teams and setting clear expectations. ii. Manage the whole context for as many projects as are in their specific, specialized area of recruitment. iii. Maintain historical context and recruitment needs of the long-running projects. iv. Review of project plans and constant monitoring to ensure that the projects are delivered on time and within budget. v. Review the quality of the project deliverables to ensure that they meet expectations. vi. Contributes by deriving actionable insights and building optimization models from the analysis for effective panel management. vii. Provide insights on the project deliverables and help the project team improve the quality of deliverables. Effective Panel Management: i. Use their deep expertise in therapeutic areas and dynamics in each panel to drive Community team goals. ii. Understand current and future business requirements and how the requirements from recruitment will grow and expand in response and align team goals accordingly. iii. Guide the project teams' recruitment process, providing them with requisite historical and client context. iv. Define short and long-term team goals to grow and engage ZoomRx's HCP Panel in line with the current and future business needs. v. Builds strong relationships with various vendors of the Projects vi. Actively pursues various acquisition channels to build a healthy panel Improving Internal Process Efficiencies: The Project Managers proactively contribute to improving internal processes efficiencies and are likely to be involved in i. Lead internal opportunities to refine project execution processes ii. Constantly strive to improve the User Experience and implement best practices to enhance it. iii. Proactively identify potential barriers to maximum operational efficiency and mitigate effects by developing solutions. People Management : - The Project Managers work closely with various SAs and As to ensure effective resource allocation across projects ensuring timely delivery. - The Project managers are responsible for learning and growing the team members by providing them with varied opportunities and helping them grasp the context of various projects.
