Position description: The Business Analysis team works with drug commercialization teams at top pharma and biotech companies to understand their complex business needs and help them make informed decisions. The team creates strategic narratives for senior management teams of blockbuster drugs by designing and executing custom market research studies, conceiving new data analysis methods, and drawing insights from complex datasets. Primary Responsibilities: - Lead the ZoomRx Business Analysis team in India (100+ strong currently) towards overall success. - Inspire the team to innovate continuously, producing high-quality work that delights clients. - Create goals for the BA-India team that are aligned with organizational goals; aim to inspire fast growth and increase cohesion between the teams; help the team execute and track these goals. - Design and capture productivity metrics and improve workflows to increase team efficiency. - Plan and execute ideas to attract and retain high-performing individuals in the team. - Create/Improve processes for project management, performance management, risk management, people management etc. Additional Responsibilities: - You will have a wide span-of-control to guide the team based on your professional judgement. - You will interact with ZoomRx's core management team regularly to help align your team's activities with organizational trajectory. - You will impact ZoomRx's brand by influencing the content and quality of our client deliverables. - You will mentor senior managers and other members of the BA team, instilling ZoomRx cultural values and enabling them to perform at their best. - You will contribute to ZoomRx's strategy and its execution.
