Role : As a member of our nascent and rapidly growing People team, this would be an extraordinary opportunity for you to experiment and innovate with avenues of finding talent, employee engagement, employer branding etc. Primary Responsibilities : - Design and implement recruitment strategies for the whole organization; Lead experimental initiatives with non-traditional recruitment channels - Engage with leading universities to attract and hire the right talent. - Understand different organizational roles and design the job descriptions - Conduct in-depth screening interviews of potential candidates. - Negotiate and close job offers with suitable candidates by leveraging your experience competing for top talent with leading firms.<div> - Manage and build ZoomRx's talent management team</div><div> - Forecast annual budget and trends. - Lead employee engagement; handle on-boarding of new joinees at all levels; conduct exit interview - Organise team outings, sports events, and fun activities. Knowledge/Skills Needed : - Prior hands-on experience in the areas of front-ending recruitment for both campus and lateral hiring. - Able to solve challenging hiring situations through market data &amp; intelligence - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Experience in employee engagement activities preferred - Experience in leading and managing recruitment team preferred.
