Job Responsibilities

- Collecting, monitoring and studying data and recommending actions based on analysis of data

- Generating daily/weekly/monthly reports to help the management identify bottlenecks in the business operations

- Reconciling transactions by comparing and correcting data; identifying the gaps and creating a process to minimize those gaps

- Creating dashboards to help the management identify trends in the business KPIs over time and take informed decisions

- Keeping the management up to date by monitoring the databases on a regular basis and reporting key numbers

- Creating systems and processes to ensure smooth flow of data from all the business units to enable hassle-free preparation of monthly financials

Candidate Profile

- Experience - 1-2 Year, with atleast 1 year experience in an analytical role

- Must be good at number crunching and structuring data

- Proficiency at Excel and SQL is must

- Knowledge of analytical/automation tools like R, VBA etc. is an added advantage

- Preferably Engineer from a top college
