The customer experience team at Zoomcar is responsible for delivering the best customer experience (both online and on-ground) across all vertices. The team also ensures that the customer support team is equipped with the best tools and relevant information to ensure any customer query and request is handled quickly and accurately.

We are looking for someone to champion the user in Zoomcar. The position will be responsible for defining the vision, experience and execution to deliver world-class experience for all our verticals, including but not limited to cars, Pedl, payments, Dealshack and Commute.

This person should have 7+ years of experience, be smart, have high energy, and be a quick and eager learner. They would also be analytical and quantitatively driven, while being attentive to details. The role is cross-functional and requires the individual to own and push through projects that touch upon business, operations, technology, marketing, etc - basically work in an environment that allows, and requires, you to learn a lot about various functions.

Job profile :

- Responsible to ideate new product features and improve existing features (on web and mobile products)

- Be highly data driven and customer focused to understand opportunities for improvement through data, surveys and customer connect

- Work lean. Build out MVPs/proof-of-concept.

- Project manage launch of products/features - create requirement document, wire frames, manage creative design, development, QA and launch.

- Analyze performance post launch and iterate quickly

- Collaborate with multiple teams (tech/ops/UX/UI) to ensure successful launch

- Manage a team of highly skilled Product Managers.

- Collaborate with marketing team to drive adoption of various products features

Desired Skills and Experience

- Passion to build great consumer focussed internet products

- Ability to innovate to improve existing products. Challenge status quo.

- Total 7+ years of product management experience

- Experience managing payments

- Solid understanding of design/ UX principles

- Solid analytical ability and problem solving skills

- Ability to manage and drive a high performance team

- Track record of defining and releasing successful products

- Preferred educational background would be from premium institutes.
