Role Expectations :
- Drive end-to-end associate acquisition and retention channels
- Lead digital channels that can improve the overall associate funnel
- Strategize and assist in executing relevant partnerships and alliances to increase acquisition and improve engagement
- Monitor the health of the associate conversion funnel on daily basis and work with product team to make necessary continuous improvements
- Work with SEO team to ensure that organic traffic around ZAP is always maximized
- Ideate and assist in executing viral events/engagements that will raise awareness around ZAP
- Assist in developing robust referral and loyalty programs for associates
Desired Profile :
- 4-6 years of experience from top university (B.Tech), MBA not required
- Past exposure to B2C digital marketing and alliance/partnership building
- Strong affinity for data with a fluency for understanding various acquisition and retention strategies; must be hands on!
- Working knowledge of social media/content management tools
- High creativity quotient with excellent communication abilities
- Willingness to travel
