About the Profile :

Role will focus on -

1) Leading retention of existing customer cohorts

2) Grow wallet share from these Cohorts 

3) Lead analytics for user growth and retention

He/She will lead a team of Managers, will help set the vision for the team in line with Business goals for Growth 

Must Have:-

1) Demonstrated experience in driving Product - market fit narratives to drive product awareness and adoption

2) Must have led the launch and adoption initiatives for experience oriented products

3) Must have a strong fundamental understanding of how to 

a) articulate product-market fit 

b) drive adoption 

c) increase awareness and relevance
