Requirements:
- Law graduate from a reputed University / Institute
- 1-2 years PQE at a tier 1 or tier 2 law firm
- Strong attention to detail
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to independently manage contracts end-to-end
Key Responsibilities:
- Review, draft and negotiate agreements such as non-disclosure agreements, service agreements, marketing agreements, payment agreements, etc.
- Effectively coordinate and work with the internal business teams, clients and external partners/vendors
- Advice on legal and regulatory matters including intellectual property, contract interpretation, breach and remedies, contract compliance requirements, data protection laws, etc.
- Update and maintain the internal contracts database
- Research into new regulations and legal regime of new domains of business and advice on regulatory requirements, legal risks and mitigation strategies.
