Roles &amp; Responsibilities:- - Responsible for effectively carrying out strategic cost reduction program - Understands current cost structure and provide innovative ideas for cost reduction - Perform Cost Variance Analysis - standard vs actual cost - Ability to identify cost optimization opportunities in one or more areas covering purchase, product category, operational cost and productivity - Monitor actual v/s budgeted spends at department / city level - Track and align stakeholders across verticals on productivity projects that would drive cost reduction - Derive insights from data, create actionable business reports and put them into action with the help of Data Analyst - Be the liaison between Regional business stakeholders and product teams to successfully drive Cost excellence Must Haves: - Prior experience of working in a fast-paced environment in the area of Growth strategy, Business process improvement, and Strategic cost reduction - At least 3 years of experience in the similar domain - Can challenge the conventional way of working - Is a Natural go-getter, one who can manage various stakeholders - Is collaborative thinker focused on the best solutions What we offer: - Opportunity to be part of a high growth startup - Ownership in both design and execution of new ideas to for cost reduction - Platform to work with multi-city, dynamic and diverse environment
