Job Description :-

The candidate should be an independent thinker who is curious about how things work, is metrics driven and have an analytical mindset. This person should be good at seeing the big picture and execute on grass root level to improve the overall metric. Additionally, they are never satisfied with the status quo, can show success in following-up and getting things done.

Roles & Responsibilities:-

Followings are the responsibilities:

- End to end ownership of Central Ops Metrics like Insurance Claim settlement % and related metrics

- Periodically monitor and review performance of the metrics and take corrective & preventive measures

- Derive insights from data, create actionable business reports and put them into action

- Be the liaison between Regional business stakeholders and product teams to successfully drive metric improvements

Must Haves:

- Should have experience in Insurance Claim process with sound knowledge of claim documentation, City specific exceptions and Insurance service provider related requirements and challenges

- At least 5 years of experience in driving Improvement programs

- Experience of working in a Multi-location environment

- Experience of working with product team

- Startup experience is a big plus
