This role mandates that an individual performs at the highest level both from a left and right brained perspective. Equal parts analytical and creative, this individual must be a bundle of energy and ready to motivate large teams on a moment's notice. Zoomcar is looking for individuals who demonstrate an incredible tenacity and resilience. - P&L Responsibility: Own the entire financial stack of the city to ensure the company is profitable over the medium to long term. Make all key day-to-day business decisions to drive bottom line results.

- Product Development: Develop a good understanding of the market and the consumer to define/ improve on our product offerings, set the right communication, and develop a structured approach to acquire/ re target repeat customers.

- Business Engagement: Conceptualize, involve and organise - effectively reach out to potential customers and build a loyal, active and healthy community of Zoomcar customers across online and offline platforms.

- Conceptualize & Execute Campaigns: Engage actively with potential and current customers, vendors, and investors through various interactive media.

- Budgeting: Work closely with top management team on monthly marketing budget - planning, delivery, execution and evaluation.

- Coordination: Interact with operations and marketing teams while coordinating alongside agencies and other third party partners. Coordination is critical both with outside stakeholders and central management.
