The candidate should be an independent thinker who is curious about how things work, is metrics driven and have an analytical mindset. This person should be good at seeing the big picture and execute on grass root level to improve the overall metric. Additionally, they are never satisfied with the status quo, can show success in following-up and getting things done.

Roles & Responsibilities: 

Training:

- Organize, Plan, Schedule and Execute Training Programs for Pan India City Operations

- Prepare the new recruits by conducting orientation to Ops process; developing individual coaching plans

- Determine training needs by studying Ops Metrics of cities

- Develop individual results by maintaining policy and procedure resources; providing coaching; conducting training sessions; developing outcome improvement resources

- Improves training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques; making support readily available; integrating support with routine job functions.

- Has the ability to train other trainers and achieve training objectives through them.

Audit & Compliance:

- Document processes analyze controls and procedures and develop recommendations using sound business judgment.

- Draft, review, finalize and deliver audit reports, communicate finds and recommendations in an effective manner to City Ops, finance, legal, HR and operational leadership

- Develop staff capabilities to strength understanding of business process acumen and best practices.

- Ensure compliance with company processes and procedures and controls

Desired Candidate:

- Prior experience and exposure to Multi City Ops training

- Experience in designing and delivering Ops content to larger teams.

- Excellent relationship management, influence and communication skills

- A competent decision-maker with the ability to develop, own and build a training plan

- Identifies builds and uses a wide network of contacts with people at all levels, internally and externally.

- Recognizes the need to adapt to change & implement appropriate solutions. Be able to identify opportunities and recommend/influence for change to increase effectiveness and success

- Creativity & Initiative - demonstrate creativity & originality in your work and have the personal drive and initiative to bring about change and help drive the business forward
