Position : Manager - Business Finance

Roles & Responsibilities

- Work closely with the business function and actively participate in its operations and management

- Enable the business function in aligning the performance of the business to the broader PL objectives of the business

- Understand the business vertical in detail and contribute towards creating economies in the business through data driven insights and continuous monitoring of performance of the business

- Conduct effective weekly / monthly reviews w.r.t performance of the business with key stakeholders across the organisation

- Track action items from reviews and work with various stakeholders in ensuring they have been acted upon in a timely manner

- Perform scenario based analysis for complex business questions and identify measures to track performance of the business function

Must Haves:

- CA/MBA with 3 - 5 years of experience in Business Finance

- Should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Should possess an analytical, data-driven mindset

- Should be proactive, self-motivated, team player

- Experience in SQL, Advanced Excel, and Tableau would be preferred
