Job Responsibilities :-
- Manage Quarterly forecasting process, work with business teams to finalize budgets
- Guide business analyst(s) to compile management reports with timeliness and accuracy
- Analyse management reports and identify and communicate areas of concern and commentary around noticeable trends
- Analyse Revenue and key variable expenses and ensure Finance Operations team gets the relevant data for accounting purpose in a timely manner
- Drive profitability by working with other teams and account teams
- Front-end finance in interaction with the business team and keep finance team updated of various initiatives. Lead process initiatives to improve cost data accuracy and timeliness.
- Build models for Pricing and analyzing the profitability of new launches. Also, build models to support various other financial and operational decisions
- Design new management reports as and when required and get it operational
- Process Automization and improvements.
Candidate Profile:-
- Experience - Atleast 2 years- experience in Business Finance or FP&A
- Must be strong with MS excel. Should have been using all standard features like Pivots, Formulas like Sumifs, V looks extensively in practice
- Must be good at number crunching and structuring data
- SQL and VBA knowledge will be an added advantage
- Preferably MBA from a top college along with B.com degree
