Creation of Social media strategy
- Create Zoomcar's social media strategy across platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Youtube, Snapchat, Linkedin and Wordpress blog with inputs from both internal and external stakeholders
- Plan social media campaigns (communications, contests etc.) in line with the strategy, organizational objectives and budget allocations
- Creation of weekly communication plan Execution of Social media campaigns
- Manage social media campaigns and day to day activities across all Social media platforms
- Create and maintain an exhaustive Social media calendar
- Seeding of content into social networks to ensure virality of communication
- Engage in customer conversations on Social media platforms and moderate user generated content
- Blogger outreach: Manage a blogger outreach program which will be used for creation of content for Zoomcar blog
- Reporting and Monitoring of Social media platforms
- Weekly performance reporting of all Social media platforms
- Develop benchmark metrics to evaluate social media campaigns and report on campaign effectiveness
- Monitor Social media trends and activities of main competitors Content Strategy
- Content writing for Zoomcar blog to ensure that the blog gets highly shareable content and also ranks in terms of organic traffic
- Copywriting for Offline communication across different cities with Zoomcar operations. Needs to maintain a cordial relationship with City marketing managers to understand their requirements so that the same can be incorporated in the creatives
- Needs to know effective copywriting in different styles viz. blogs, twitter, Facebook etc.
- Knowledge of writing for Search Engine Optimization is an added advantage
- Good command over grammar, punctuation and language
- Needs to have flair to understand Zoomcar's products and services and so that the same can be presented in a lucid manner across online and offline creatives
Requirements:
- This is an individual contributor role, reporting into VP Marketing.
- Work Ex: 5-7 years, experienced in managing social media and copywriting
- Strong creative writing skills with command on grammar
- Ability to strategize and execute on content plans
- Analytics and number driven with good excel skills
- Creative, pro-active, team player and ability to multitask
- Can work with senior management in a cross functional team setting across geographies
