Zoomcar.com - Business Finance Manager - Strategy

Core Skills :

1) MBA from a reputed institution / CAs / CFAs eligible with 1- 3 years of relevant experience in a financial analyst role at a reputed financial institution/ startup (experience in Corporate Finance, Investment Banking preferred)

2) Understand the upcoming business objectives and create quarterly / annual / multi-year financial projections for the business

3) Keep up to date information for funding requests that come up including pitch deck and other data packs with management and key financial information

4) Be the first point of contact for vendors and business in all financial queries, analysis and data

5) Influence and drive business decision with appropriate analysis and comments.

6) Handle complex adhoc request with a short turnaround time and supplement such request with appropriate analysis and comments to support decision making.

7) Support finance and business leader in simulation of projections and corresponding expenses working including improvement plans.

8) Participate in strategic discussions and support simulation modeling.

Soft Skills :

1) Demonstrate strong Communication and Presentation Skills

2) Ability to work with peers and counterparts and good team player

3) Proficient in Office Tools MS Excel, Power Point Skills

4) The candidate should have a proactive approach and be a self-starter

5) Ability to work in a high pressure environment with strict timelines
