Job brief :-

We are looking for an experienced Associate Product Manager to participate in the creation of new products and features, from the idea stage to launch.

Day-to-day, you'll succeed by learning what solutions are simultaneously usable, valuable, and feasible, through product discovery and design thinking experiments. You'll connect regularly with customers to become the company expert on our audience and industry. You'll motivate a dedicated, cross-functional Agile team by communicating your vision, authoring user stories, prioritizing the backlog, and coordinating regularly and clearly with partners and stakeholders.

You should have previous experience in end-to-end product management. Your main responsibilities include gathering product requirements, prioritizing feature implementations and improving overall user experience. Our ideal candidates should combine technical background with experience in building customer experience related products. Ultimately, you'll work with internal teams to build products that fill gaps in market and increase customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:-

- Suggest product enhancements to improve user experience

- Perform quality assurance controls on products

- Coordinate with the engineering department to deliver functional solutions

- Conduct research to identify customer needs and market gaps

- Prioritize the implementation of new features and set specific timelines

- Monitor and report on users- reactions after launching

- Create support and training documents for internal and external users

- Participate in system configuration

Requirements:-

- Previous work experience as an Associate Product Manager or similar role <1 - 3 years>

- Experience managing the entire product lifecycle

- Familiarity with market research, consumers- behavior and marketing techniques

- Hands-on experience with web & APP technologies

- Knowledge of project management tools, like Jira, ProdPad

- Should be very comfortable with SQL and data analytics

- Strong time management and prioritization skills

- Good communication skills along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams

- Experience with Product Discovery, Design Thinking, Lean Product a plus

- Experience as a designer, developer, data analyst or user researcher a plus

- Strong experience with Agile methodologies
