1. Search:

- Plan, Execute and optimize SEM campaigns on Google AdWords, Bing on a daily basis by optimizing keyword bids, budget movement, impression share etc

- Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting Optimize campaigns by evaluating copy, landing pages, bidding strategy, improving the Quality score, lowering CPC

- Execute experiments, collect and analyse data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI

- Keep pace with search engine and PPC industry trends and developments. And should be able to apply these learning from company perspective to build new and creative growth strategies

2. Display and Video:

- Plan, execute and optimise display campaigns on the Google display network through AdWords.

- Plan, execute and optimize the campaigns on Content Discovery Networks (eg: Taboola, Outbrain, Columbia etc).

- Should be familiar with programmatic marketing (DBM, DCM & DS). Devise new techniques for optimization of CPA.

- Should be able to close media buys with publishers directly. Also, able to execute and work towards optimization of campaigns

- Plan, execute and optimize In-stream, video discovery ads, video for action on YouTube. Measure for optimization of CPCV, 100% video views and CPA.

- Should reach out to external video networks like Vdopia and able to execute the campaigns end to end

- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners

- Optimize CPC, CTR and CPA of display campaigns for placements, geography, device and moderate click to session drop-off, time-spent on site

- Apply relevant strategy (pacing, budgeting, goals) to drive higher performance

- Work with the Design team to develop contextual creatives and maintain a high creative coverage

- Perform A/B testing on creatives, headlines and ultimately optimizing for CPA.

Skills Required:

- Knowledge of web analytics tool like Google Analytics, Appsflyer is Must

- Should have a working experience of GTM or other tracking tools

- Knowledge of SQL is a Must

- Should have a working knowledge of ad serving tools

- Should have good negotiation skills while working with other vendor partners

Suitable Candidate:

- Should have relevant work experience of 2 to 4 years.

- Should hold a degree in Engineering
