Job Description:
This Assistant Digital Marketing Manager is an execution focused team-player & self-starter, who is able to think strategically and manage tactical detail, is both creative and analytical, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
1. Search:
- Plan, Execute and optimize SEM campaigns on Google AdWords, Bing on a daily basis by optimizing bids, budget movement, impression share etc
- Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting Optimize campaigns by evaluating copy, landing pages, bidding strategy, improving the Quality score, lowering CPC
- Execute experiments, collect and analyse data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI
2. Social, Display and Video:
- Plan, execute and optimise campaigns on the Facebook, Google display network through AdWords.
- Plan, execute and optimize the campaigns on Content Discovery Networks (eg: Taboola, Outbrain, Columbia etc).
- Should be able to close media buys with publishers directly. Also, able to execute and work towards optimization of campaigns
- Plan, execute and optimize In-stream, video discovery ads, video for action on YouTube.
- Measure for optimization of CPCV, 100% video views and CPA.
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
- Optimize CPC, CTR and CPA of display campaigns for placements, geography, device and moderate click to session drop-off, time-spent on site
- Work with the Design team to develop contextual creatives and maintain a high creative coverage
- Perform A/B testing on creatives, headlines and ultimately optimizing for CPA.
Skills Required:
- Knowledge of web analytics tool like Google Analytics, Appsflyer is Must
- Should have a working experience of GTM or other tracking tools
- Knowledge of SQL is preferred
