Job Description
Position: Assistant Manager, CLM. The person will drive strategy and execution of CLM to onboard, retain, build loyalty and increase lifetime value by engaging customers with personalized, targeted and relevant marketing at every stage. The ideal candidate would have experience in email marketing, mobile push, in-app messaging and analytics.

Educational Qualifications: B.E /B.Tech
Job Responsibilities -
- Minimizing funnel drops by creating and optimizing customer journeys to increase final conversion
- Develop and execute strategies to cross sell services across customer segments to lift revenue and engagement
- Analysing Activation, Retention and Referral journeys of customers and setting up triggers in the form of PNs, e-mails and SMS throughout the process to increase conversions
- Execute the day-to- day production of marketing campaigns and calendar by interpreting utilization, prediction and customer behaviour trends
- Develop and execute marketing strategies in promotional, transactional, and highly targeted trigger campaigns across the customer lifecycle
- Establish and manage A/B testing and run experiments to enhance productivity, deliverability, and customer engagement
Candidate Profile -
- Proficiency at Excel and SQL
- High at operational efficiency
- Strong attention to detail and results oriented
- Strong organizational, project management, analytical and quantitative skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to handle multiple stakeholders across organization
