Role :

Working in a dynamic environment, you will be spearheading the Corporate Communication & IR function and work very closely with the CXOs. This position will also cut across internal stakeholders across marketing, operations, technology and business and in the process will work on media outreach.

Looking for an ace communicator - both written and verbal with an ability to work to tight deadlines. You should have the experience to identify media opportunities, ability to tell stories and to craft communication plans for innovative products which are revolutionizing the Mobility industry.

Develop annual communication plan aligned with organisations strategic plan, strategize and create go-to market plans across active markets, design and develop content tool-kit based on brand pillars, pitch and coordinate media FAMs across markets, ensure the itineraries reflect the key brand pillars

Responsibilities :

- Develop a communications plan including strategy, goals, budget and tactics

- Develop media relations strategy, seeking high-level placements in print, broadcast and online media

- Managing the agency relationships , if any

- Leverage existing media relationships and cultivate new contacts within business and industry media

- Manage media inquiries and interview requests

- Build relationships with thought leaders to grow industry awareness

- Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends and make appropriate recommendations regarding communication strategy surrounding them

- Responsible for managing stakeholder communication internally

- Create content for press releases, byline articles and keynote presentations

- Monitor, analyze and communicate PR results on a quarterly basis

- A basic understanding of financial reports, analytic methods, and financial data tools is often required.

- Work with the external IR advisory consultancy and internal management to ensure that other corporate press releases of a market sensitive nature are produced on a timely basis and to the requisite 'world class' standard

- Designing and maintaining the investor relations section of the corporate website; and developing other collateral and presentations, including the annual report and investor packs to support analyst/investor outreach.

Required Skills :

- 8+ Years Experience of PR in start-up/mobile Handset or tech industries in a leading Indian/ International Org.

- Knowledge of and experience in Capital Markets / Corporate IR / Financial Media management

- Excellent communication

- Proven track record in leading PR function at hyper growth start-ups will be a key.

- Previous experience into crisis management will also be helpful

- Writing/ editorial skills

- PG in Mass Communication/ MBA
