Candidate must have a minimum of at least 7-10 years of service centre experience.
- Prior experience as an insurance surveyor
- Should have thorough technical knowledge on automobile/four-wheeler
- Should have a minimum of 7 years service center experience (both on service and body shop)
- Should have knowledge of insurance claim process
- Ensure TAT is maintained to get the vehicles released from the service center and workshops
- Responsible to prepare SLAs with all required dealers
- Liaison with Service center and OEM
- Focus towards Cost, Cost-saving measures through warranty and goodwill
- Will manage a team of 3-4 members directly and will co-direct ground staff to ensure quality and TATs are maintained
- Candidate must be an Initiator and Result oriented with a bent towards people, Should be a self-starter and needs to be analytical, constantly finding improvement methods
- Frequent visit to the service center and monthly meeting with dealer needs to be done
- Mail etiquette and preparation of monthly reports and returns.
- Should have rigorous follow-up and tracker on the vehicles which have had breakdowns at out stations
- Analytical to reduce costs on each invoice
- Workshop audits by self and team members, Quality audits at sites and directing the same
- Responsible for TAT, Cost, Quality, and Process.
- The candidate will be the technical advisor to Zoomcar Karnataka Region.
