Zoomcar - Executive - Legal (2-4 yrs)
- Drafting and reviewing of legal notice, petitions, applications, notice reply with RCA in coordination with different teams and stakeholders.
- Handle civil and criminal litigation, liaising with authorities, preparing and strategizing on various disputes.
- Strategizing and driving the process in regard to registering criminal complaint, accounting follow up process till execution of all orders pertaining to the matter, before police authorities and processing and filing different applications and suits before the jurisdictional Courts.
- Handling, drafting and reviewing pleadings pertaining to different suits & arbitration proceedings including collecting records, documents, research and case laws.
- Reporting weekly and monthly reports to different stakeholders of the organization.
- Update MIS EXCEL sheets, preparing and delivering various data collected during course of daily collection of data & Coordinating with the external counsels, law firms and authorities.
- Handling IPR including research, reviewing of documents, applications and coordinating with international and national firms, speeding up the processes and reporting back to the stakeholders.
