Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with marketing leadership to develop and execute holistic content marketing strategy across all channels

- Work cross functionally with Growth, product teams on both Host & Guest side to drive growth

- Develop the go-to-market social media and content plan to deliver the agreed business goals

- Work with social media agency to drive maximum leverage of network strength and to refine

- social media strategy and best practices to build a lifestyle category

- Measure the performance of CRM campaigns and make timely adjustments to improve the marketing outcomes and make relevant recommendations to improve promotion strategy.

- Helping internal stakeholders and businesses in providing all the marketing requirements

- Efficiently able to guide the internal designers in designing and copy of creatives and copywriters in coming back with platform relevant copies

- Explore opportunities to increase brand presence and come up with innovative ideas and channels of exposure

- Plan, propose and implement brand campaigns across all channels

- Manage multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously and solve the key challenges of quality and quantity from a marketing perspective

Desired Candidate Profile:

- 5-7 years of experience in Brand and content marketing

- A thought-leader with a strong and well-informed point of view to critically analyze the latest trends and tactics to help grow platforms

- At least 4 years of experience in building strategic and creative consumer marketing campaigns, preferably with a background in Lifestyle/travel category

- Have a deep understanding of consumer insights and how they are translated into creative strategy and campaigns

- Have deep knowledge in running a 360-campaign, from strategy development to tactical execution (including AV/trailers, digital/social, print and out-of-home).

- Understanding of the digital ecosystem, current marketing trends in acquisition as well as brand-building, and marketing opportunities

- Should understand analytics - marketing, social, and CRM - to evaluate performance and impact of creative campaigns to aid optimization of marketing campaigns

- Is a cross-functional role who can engage, listen and collaborate with internal teams to align on overall strategy and goals as well as creative partners

- Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously working both independently and in close collaboration with a variety of stakeholders
