Zoomcar - Content Strategist - Create, improve and maintain content for all Zoomcar touch points (App, mWeb, Web, Social media, CRM, performance, video being the key ones) - Responsible for overall content quality & user engagement metrics - Work with a team of in-house content writers, graphics designers and external agencies to augment enterprise-wide Content Marketing Initiatives - Ensure all content is consistent in terms of intent, style, quality and tone of voice, and optimized for search and user experience for all channels of communication - Consistently brainstorming and collaborate with business & product teams for new ideas and strategies for efficient communication - Evaluate and share best practices from industry competitors - Clear understanding of the current SEO strategy and actively give suggestions on the content opportunities which would help in getting more traffic to the website - Work closely with social media agency to brainstorm and consistently improve the engagement rates on social media platforms What we are looking for: - Minimum 7+ years of experience in content writing in an Internet company - Experience in leading a team of content writers & editors - Excellent communication and team collaboration skills to work effectively with various stakeholders with tight deadlines - Has an inclination towards working on Brand assets & campaigns such as Social media, Influencers etc - Graduate/Post Graduate in English, Journalism, Mass Communication - Creative and innovative thinker and planner - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an understanding of what works in the internet industry - Writing style that is fresh and customer-friendly - Creative, pro-active and an ability to multi-task
