Roles and Responsibilities
- Plan monthly/quarterly marketing campaign calendar for the city and own the execution of these campaigns
- Responsible for the growth levers of the business - user acquisition, activation, retention, and growth
- Build brand awareness of the company via region-specific BTL activations
- Identify and develop new growth channels with an extreme focus on ROI
- Evaluate local and national tie-ups for the B2B business growth
- Exploring new growth ideas and exploiting proven concepts with excellent execution
- Work with various cross functions teams eg. product, Analytics, digital marketing teams for analyzing various data points and execute successful campaigns
- Develop business insights based on rigorous numerical analysis
The Ideal Candidate
- 2+ years of relevant growth/marketing/customer acquisition experience. Ecommerce/Startup experience preferred
- Excellent knowledge of BTL marketing activations, Social Media, Community Management, Influencer Marketing, Marketing Budget Control and also experience of B2B marketing
- A high degree of ownership in taking things to completion
- Highly analytical with experience in tracking various funnels, cohorts & take data-backed decisions
- Ability to multitask and work on a diverse range of requirements
- Working knowledge of SQL or any other scripting language is a very big plus
