- A cooperative housing society in Andheri West is looking for a lawyer on Retainership basis
- BL / LLB with at least 7-8 years experience in a handling Society Matters and Individual Matters. Should be well versed with society bye -laws and legal frameworks related to housing society
Work experience / responsibilities:
- DraftIng / vetting of service contracts , agreements, notices , recovery notes , NOCs etc
- Experienced in handling conveyance deed , recovery matters with builder
- Should be able to Opine on various issues like parking, election, associate membership, nomination, transfer of property, compliance of various records and registers as per bye-laws etc.
- Experienced in handling property matters , document registration
- Provide legal counsel to Managing Committee on legal matters / bye laws pertaining to management of cooperative housing society.
- Owner and tenant litigations , violations of laws by members of society, misuse of society property
- Ensuring Compliance of Cooperative housing society to local legislations
