Roles and Responsibilities -

- Understand product to provide sales and technical assistance to customers

- Provide training (phone call, Zoom meeting, GoToMeeting, written documentation etc.) to new and existing customers on different aspects of our software

- Perform product demos to customers

- Assist new customers with activation and setup

- Provide software support to existing and new customers

- Troubleshoot issues related to product

- Maintain fast reply times with professional responses

- Proactively identify customers experiencing related issues or requests that are not resolved to the clients satisfaction

- Build strong rapport with customers

Desired Candidate Profile -

- Working experience with SaaS / Product Company

- Excellent written and spoken English

- Experience in giving Demos to customer

- Ability to learn quickly and be tech-savvy

- Available to work in any shift
