Zonka Technologies - Growth Head

Job Role :

- Promote product growth by defining, developing, and implementing strategies and roadmaps

- Identifying, developing & optimizing growth channels to drive revenues, growth

- Providing inputs & expertise to drive efficacy of marketing activities (content development and optimization)

- Manage the social presence of Zonka Feedback across multiple platforms

- Use social media as a channel to prospect and generate leads

- Use creative marketing methods to improve the brand presence of Zonka Feedback

- Run optimized ad campaigns on social media to achieve the desired objectives

- Analyzing marketing data and user feedback (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies

- Work on brand positioning

- Work on growth partnerships with different agencies

- Translate business goals and market insights into effective marketing strategies

- Strategizing content plans

- Support establishment and management of all content and channels - to meet business strategies

Key Requirements :

- Experience working with start-up SaaS/ product based company

- Great communication skills (verbal and written), analytical skills, and presentation skills

- Experience in social media marketing, performance marketing

- Radical Accountability: Run this like your own business. The product is incredibly high quality with great conversion

- Extreme outreach: Be willing to do all and come up with crazy, creative ideas to outreach and better digital engagements and get leads

- Extensive knowledge of content marketing and copywriting
