Business Development Manager is a sales role responsible for both direct client contract value retention as well as growth through contract expansion and the advocating introduction of new products and services.

This role is responsible for:

- Consult with C-level executives and other's in the decision making chain to develop and implement an effective, enterprise-wide strategy that maximizes the value delivered by Skillmine's services

- Account management with outcome of increased customer satisfaction and increase in retention & account growth

- Find new customers for growth. Identifies prospective clients by researching on industry trends, databases and social media

- Proficient in account planning. Manage forecast accuracy on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis

- Maintain competitive knowledge & focus

- Develop sales pitches and case studies as per different industry needs analysis and benchmarking

- Act as a single point of contact for Client servicing

Desired Skills and Experience:

- Significant and demonstrable experience with consultative sales, preferably experience in high technology (services, software), with evidence of prior success in Sales.

- Ability to prospect and manage C-level and senior level relationships within medium and large organizations

- Strong demonstration of sales acumen

- Proven experience building excellent client relationships, offering value added, insightful and strategic insight into their business

- Knowledge of ITeS Domains / ERP / IT Security / IT Infrastructure / IT Training etc

- Experience of working in outsourcing / off shoring industry

- Strong computer proficiency

- Excellent written and oral/presentation skills

- Ability to develop and conduct effective presentations with contract decision makers (c-level)

- Knowledge of the full life cycle of the sales process from prospecting to close

- Masters or advanced degree a plus

Education : MBA / BBA / BCom / Full time Graduate

- Excellent Communication and presentation skills

- Self motivated and Passionate to succeed & make a difference

- Understand the sales cycle and how to close the sale.
