Zone Head/Senior Zone Head - Sales - Consumer Durable (12-15 yrs)
The successful candidate must have managed multiple regions leading teams, revenue ramp-up, increasing market share, and an expert in managing channels/distribution - preferably in the consumer durable sector
- Identify & effectively implement Major and Key initiatives at the zonal level in the areas of Market Development, Distribution expansion & Sales Operation
- Responsible for building new and nurturing the existing Channel base. Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners within assigned area/territory to sell.
- Manage sales activities of partners to generate revenue through primary & secondary sales.
- Ensure quality of distributor activities and Area Sales managers across the zones
- Develop Sales Strategies and annual business plan. Conduct regular meeting with distributors and sales team to discuss target status, product training, and sales strategy
- Responsible for revenue generation across products and regions and ensure yields across products through direct reportees
- Responsible for TOP Line & Bottom-line target achievements
- Create/sustain a collaborative & performance-oriented environment while providing development opportunities to members.
- Increase market share in the assigned regions/zone - responsible for revenues
Qualification & Experience :
- MBA from a good institute with 12- 15 years of distribution sales experience in the durables/appliances sector
- Expertise in channel management - distributors/dealers / retail
- Stakeholder management / excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead a large team from the front
