1. Drive achievement of business plans by focusing on key input levers

- Building Connector Network - Ensure that the required numbers are appointed and activated and to create engagement platforms (1 Event per branch/ month)

- Approved Project Funding (APF) and Builder Tie-ups - Needs to track / monitor APF (min 1 APF per branch / month)

- Lead Management - Ensure discipline in each branch on segment wise lead generation activities followed by its conversions. Measured by conversion rate

2. Build a high quality and profitable business

- Deliver on Branch Profitability standards by curtailing expenses and maintaining good ROI

- Be vigilant on NPA / Delinquent cases and limit NPA to defined standards

- Enhance employee productivity

3. Leverage People & Culture to drive superior results

- Raise the bar on talent & leadership by coaching and mentoring RBMs & BMs for better performance and larger roles in the future.

- Build a high performance culture by setting high standards of delivery, enabling high performance initiatives and taking required talent actions.

- Higher talent at all levels in the organization and across functions

- Responsible for engagement and retention of employees

- Be a role model on the core values of the organization and be responsible for Culture, Compliance and Conduct of employees

4. Collaborate with key functions for achievement of business results and drive a culture of - one team, one goal-

- Collaborate and support initiatives taken by Collections, Credit, Underwriting, IT teams for the betterment of the business.

- Train and coach the team to drive objectives of support functions

5. Scan competition to understand and implement best practices

- Evaluate product, performance and product data of the competition

- Research and identify growth and implementation opportunities
