Designation - Zonal Training Head

Location - Mumbai / Bangalore/ Chennai

Reporting to- Zonal Sales Head

Job Description 

- Planning and executing training programs ( products / process / digital assets / taxation ) throughout the zone

- Engaging stakeholders on updates related to product returns / brief product synopsis / relevant market updates on available standard social media platforms

- Should plan training / engagement programs at the beginning of the month ( based on the stakeholder interaction )

- Preparation of training content

- Need to conduct trainings on NISM 5A/ CPE

- Conducting IAPs as per defined guidelines

- Maintaining Training MIS

- Work closely with the Knowledge management Team 

Required Experience

- 10 yrs+ experience in training of which 5 years should be related to finance industry preferably AMC / NBFC / Broking

- Must have cleared NISM 5a with 80% + marks

- Should be able to read, speak and write in vernacular languages as used in the state.
