Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Leading a team of Regional Training Managers, Brach Trainers. Officers
- Managing End to end Agency Channel Training needs
- Regular interactions at ground levels particularly with Agents to get gauge competency levels and modify training module accordingly
- Responsible for planning. Co-ordinating, conducting Induction, Management
- Support On-boarding of new employees
- Conduct induction programs for ADMs, AP Management and Office Heads
- Execute Zone, Region and office level skilling workshops on Recruitment and Sales process
- Deliver specialized training interventions
- Collaborate with Zone Business leaders and stake-holders to boost ADM on-going development
- Conduct various certification programs for management positions
- Monitor training effectiveness
- Co ordinate for monthly/quarterly training calendars in coordination with Zonal Head Sales and Regional Head
- Schedule training sessions as per the approved plan
- Create and publish Dashboards
