Zonal Talent Acquisition Role - Retail Asset Business - Bank (8-15 yrs)
Hiring: Zonal Talent Acquisition person for one of my banking client based out in Delhi NCR
- Responsible for representing the company at recruiting event i.e. sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding employees in a company.
- Arrange pre-employment testing, background & references screenings. Evaluation and input of our current vendors
- Create offer letters, maintain applicant tracking system, recruiting reports and other staffing administration functions as needed.
- New employee onboarding, ensuring process is engaging and that processes are followed and accurate.
- Internal stakeholder & Vendor management
- Team handling experience is a must.
- Collaborating with business on staffing plans/budgets then developing a recruitment plan accordingly.
- Responsible for hiring across all grades from Assistant Manager to higher level.
