Zonal Sales Role - Franchise Retail Business - FMCG

Looking to hire Smart professionals with experience in Franchise development/ Retail Operations in the West region.

- Drive and achieve stores profitability through delivery of agreed revenue & cost plan.

- Analyze Zone level analytics reports (KPIs) to identify issues, areas of improvement, deviations etc.

- Identify opportunity for new stores - select location, ensure financial compliance Monitor all competitor activities and share recommendations for action

- Drive customer centricity among all stores to ensure best service and monitor performance at store level and put into action plans of improvement

- Manage vendor and partner relationships and ensure all new franchisees partners are aligned & imbibe serve to sell as way of life.

- Drive local area catchment programs in conjunction with circle marketing team
