- Drive Channel Expansion & Market Development
- Achieve Tertiary recharge revenue target
- Implement Sales Management Process
- Ensure a high Channel Satisfaction score
- Ensure adequate quality of manpower at Channel Partners? end
- Driving Distribution Expansion.
Scheme formulation for the Channel partners linked with retail expansion.
Rural Extraction, sales through rural channels, (RD,Hubs,Rural Vans,Canopy)
Proactively identified innovation and fresh tools to ensure greater distribution width and depth.
To ensure higher Visibilty at retail.
Analysis of Channel partners performance on various parameters.
Apponting and Termination of Channel partners.
