- Experience of minimum of 12 years in sales, with a data driven approach
- Should have an exposure of managing a team of above 50 sales people and more than 10 Frontline Managers across regions / Zones
- Strong and Aggressive commitment to sales targets and proven track-record of sales management responsibility. Proven ability to successfully manage and motivate teams of diverse backgrounds
- Track record of building strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders in multiple specialties
- Understand and carry out activities to assess market dynamics and competitor mapping
- Ability assess impact of various sales initiatives, identify and develop sales strategy, implement and monitor initiatives
- Implementation of the Company's Sales Strategies
- Strong ability to analyse Data
- Data driven approach towards Sales initiatives
