A Zonal level role to drive the sales of SME products (Secured+Unsecured)

- The client is one the India's leading diversified financial services company providing a broad range of financial products and services to a substantial and diversified client base that includes corporations, institutions and individuals.
- The research driven approach has lead to a sizeable presence in large retail segment through various offerings. The SME product offers bespoke lending solutions to the customer financing needs
Description :
The key responsibilities include :
- Experience in driving volume based sales at Zonal level for Secured & Unsecured products
- Driving a team of 70+people across various levels of hierarchy
- Develop, execute and manage the SME strategy and tactical business plan, taking into account the market opportunities/growth potential, competitor activity, existing capabilities and risk appetite
- Assess market conditions, define, recommend, implement and monitor the business strategy in order to drive results
- Driving a established book with a target approaching a 50cr disbursement MOM
- Monitoring and responsible for the health of the portfolio
- Strong attention to detail and passion to work efficiently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strategic planning and competitive analysis abilities
Profile :
The desired candidate should be :
- Capable & exposed to drive volume based business processing
- Aspiring to reach a Nation level role in a span of 5 yrs
- A execution mindset with a flavour of strategy
- Equipped enough to manage large teams
- Well versed with the local markets of Mumbai as a region
- Should be equipped with the skill sets to manage the P&L
- Ability to drive a team of direct reportee's to achieve the targeted numbers of disbursement
- Team handling & management skills
- Exposure to Business Laws & Compliance to deal with unforeseen certainties of the business
