Job description:
- Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
- Sales planning and forecasting for all brands / territories in the geography assigned
- Gather market intelligence and define the strategy to achieve the targets assigned
- Channel management and ensure the services to the customer
- Guide and mentor the team to achieve their objectives
Candidate profile:
- Should from premium B-School
- Should have experience in sales and customer handling
- Should have team management experience and should be able to handle a team of 5-8 people.
Qualification: MBA ( marketing) from premium institute
