Zonal Sales Manager - Project Sales & Key Accounts - Building Materials (7-11 yrs)
Position: Zonal Sales Manager- Project Sales & Key Accounts (Building Materials)
Role:
- Responsible for project sales business for the Zone & Specified mapped accounts
- Identify new opportunities for conversion; convert the identified opportunities into revenue generating business.
- Involved in customer initiatives & technical engagement
- Position involves Techno Commercial Selling/ Project Sales to Key Accounts like Architects, Builders, Real Estate Developers, Corporate Clients, Hotels, PMCs etc
- Do competition mapping and tracking
Requirements:
- BE (Civil/ Mechanical) (Preferred). + MBA will be an added plus
- 7-10 yrs in business development/ sales in the building products business including Aschitectural Products, Facades, Roofings, Wall Panel, Ceiling Solutions, Building Materials related industry in the Southern market
- Project/ Solution Sales experience is required
- Candidates into building products on the technical side and who want to move into solution sales can also apply
