Zonal Sales Manager - Paint (15-25 yrs)
Job Description :
- Achievement of MS gain and profitability objectives set for division
- Implement marketing plan and promotion, pricing, product mix & distribution policies of the company in the division
- Implement channel incentive scheme and ensure control measures and cost controls
- Channel management and expansion as per need of the business
- Team management, training and development of RSM, ASM
- Monitor, evaluate & provide feedback on performance of RSM, ASM
- Control entire accounting and all audit related queries
Candidate Requirement :
- North Zone market experience
- Decorative paint industry experience preferred, wood coating/construction chemical industry experience
- MBA is Mandatory
