Zonal Sales Manager - Oncology (5-25 yrs)

Role: Zonal Sales Manager

This position will be based in Mumbai and will directly report to the NSM. And will work closely with Chairman/MD. The Strong experience in Oncology and ability to take risk and generate revenues for the organization with good networking with Oncologists, doctors, partners.

There are 4 senior level positions @ Zuvius Lifesciences;

1. Zonal Sales Manager (North)

2. Zonal Sales Manager (South)

3. Zonal Sales Manager (West)

4. Zonal Sales Manager (East)

The ZSM will directly report to National Manager and Chairman/MD.

Reporting to: NSM

Experience: Strong Oncology experience and good network of distributors, doctors and partners. One who can call atleast 10-20 doctors/distributors from his mobile if asked to dial immediately

Job Responsibilities:

Zonal Sales Manager with handle the entire responsibility of P/L for the region

1. ZSM should have excellent relations with the oncologists, and should be capable of getting the business out of them.

2. ZSM should have a zeal to grow and be passionate about their zeal form within.

3. Self motivated and risk taker

4. ZSM should be ready to accept the targets of their size and accomplish them.

5. ZSM should have good connections with the distributors of their areas and get them empaneled to the company.

6. The person should have good connections with the field people network.

7. Overall manager, should be a problem solver and should be able to assist team mates to solve their problem of any kind.
