Zonal Sales Manager - Modern Trade & Institutional Sales - FMCD/FMCG (10-14 yrs)
Position - Zonal Sales Manager
Location- Delhi/Kolkata
CTC - As per industry standard
Preferred Age- upto 40 year
The candidate Must be from Lighting industry with minimum 5 years of experience for the same.
KRA :
- Institutional sales- Key account management/B2B business management
- Initiating Modern trade business format and Finalizing national tie-ups and terms of trade With retail stores / departmental stores and Develop strong relationship with category heads.
- Performance analysis, In-shop Visibility/merchandising, competition benchmark, extending customized solution / strategy.
- Assortment & Planogram planning, counter share extraction and achieve the targeted business.
- Identify & study special/seasonal occasions to capture incidence of products, suggest marketing calendar by key accounts, provide the tailor made consumer promotional programs that drive sales volume, profit and share in key accounts effectively and efficiently.
- Monitors sales volume, product mix, selling price, supply and demand trends, economic indicators and competitor's sales strategies to enhance own brands overall success.
- Provide ongoing coaching to the sales team and ensure they are properly equipped, trained and motivated to achieve their overall objectives.
- Ensuring smooth business operation by way of proper reconciliation / audit of accounts (Debit Vs Credit) & effective communication.
- Increasing the area profitability, controlling the damage ratio
- Contributing in implementing new innovative ideas to increase the productivity with a good presence in general and modern trade
- Instrumental in controlling the overall cost of the region
- Achieving the target every month by improving the productivity and lines sold
