Zonal Sales Manager ( Medium heavy commercial vehicle(MHCV) : New Vehicle)
Key Accountabilities:
Drive MHCV Sales for the Zone
a) Lead Management
- Managing and supporting the TSMs in generating leads, dealing with channel partners whenever required
- Provides procedural or process suggestions for achieving team goals for performing team function and provides resources or help to achieve common goal
b) Customer Relation Management
- Develop and maintain relationship with key existing and potential customers
- Takes initiative in creating innovative customer value
c) Dealer Relationship Management
- Maintains relation with key local dealerships, TML dealers and local territory manager of TML
d) Team Management
- Manage a team of TSMs including target setting, dealer allocation and performance Management
- Ensure all TSMs and Dealer sales team are aware of policies related to TMF product offerings.
